Return & Refund Policy
At Vykker, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will work with you to find the best resolution.
Damages and Issues (Within 5 Days)
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.
All concerns must be reported within 5 days from the delivery date. To help us resolve this quickly, please include a photo or short video clearly showing the issue when you reach out.
Troubleshooting First
If you are not satisfied with your lamp’s performance, we recommend ensuring the lamp is fully charged and properly adjusted using the brightness and light modes. Many concerns can be resolved with simple troubleshooting, and our team is happy to assist.
General Returns (Within 30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. A restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing costs. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and components.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund or may incur additional fees depending on their condition.
Exchanges (Within 5 Days)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if it is reported within 5 days from the delivery date. Please contact our support team and we will assist you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, return shipping costs are not covered.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our support team with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure everything is handled as smoothly as possible.
Please securely pack your lamp(s) in the original product box, then place that box inside a sturdy outer shipping box. If you don’t have a suitable box, you can purchase one from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, or from retailers like Home Depot or Walmart. The outer box should allow for 2–3 inches of cushioning (bubble wrap, packing paper, or packing peanuts) on all sides to prevent damage during transit.
Once your package is ready, measure the outer box dimensions (length × width × height in inches) and send them to us at contact@vykker.com
so we can generate your prepaid return label.
Please note that items received damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Additionally, while we do accept returns and replacements for international orders, we do not provide return shipping labels for orders outside the U.S.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
